This Privacy Policy explains how Aero (“Aero,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Aero mobile application and related services (the “Service”). Aero is a running and training app for athletes and coaches. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
With your permission, Aero collects fitness and health-related data either entered manually or imported from sources you connect, including Apple Health (HealthKit), Strava, and Garmin. This may include:
If you connect a third-party account such as Strava or Garmin, we store the access and refresh tokens needed to sync your activities, along with your external athlete identifier for that service. You can disconnect these services at any time, which revokes Aero’s access going forward.
Aero does not use third-party advertising networks or cross-app advertising trackers, and we do not collect your data for advertising purposes.
Aero offers optional AI-generated insights, summaries, and answers to coaching questions. To produce these, relevant workout, performance, and context data is sent through our backend to Google’s Gemini API solely to generate the requested result, which is then returned to you. This processing is governed by Google’s applicable terms. We do not permit your data to be used to serve you advertising.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your health or precise-location data with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Aero is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admin@aero-app.com and we will delete it. If you are between 13 and 18, please use Aero only with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or coach.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and row-level security on our database, and protected storage of connected-service tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Aero is operated using infrastructure that may be located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Residents of certain U.S. states (such as California) may have additional rights regarding their personal information, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the app.
